Over more than two decades we have built a reputation with F1 teams, UK defence programmes, and advanced engineering companies for one thing above all others — solving the problems that others decline.
We are based in Kimbolton, Cambridgeshire, operating a climate-controlled facility with autoclave, 3D scanning, and additive manufacturing capabilities under ISO 9001:2015 certification.

Those four words have launched some of our most important projects. When a customer arrives having been turned away elsewhere, we take that as a technical brief, not a warning. We have delivered parts with 48-hour turnarounds, held tolerances other manufacturers consider impossible, and produced in materials combinations others will not attempt.
This is not a claim we make lightly. It is backed by two decades of work, a quality system built to aerospace expectations, and a team that finds problems interesting rather than inconvenient.

Our team of experienced composite technicians, designers, and project managers operates from our Kimbolton facility. Small enough to stay technically engaged on every project. Experienced enough to know what matters.
The facility includes a temperature-controlled layup room, a 1200mm × 2400mm autoclave, CNC trimming, and full 3D scanning and additive manufacturing capability.
