The Challenge
An F1 team's front wing assembly was damaged in transit ahead of a flyaway race. Tooling was locked in Europe. No local option existed.
Our Approach
We reverse-engineered the assembly from 3D scan data supplied by the team, built bespoke matched tooling overnight, and ran three consecutive autoclave cures to produce a structurally validated replacement.
Result
Component cleared FIA technical inspection. Car qualified P4. The team has been a regular customer since.
